ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Jay Morris, JD, PhD, spent thirty-five years in various positions such as a vice president, director, manager, and executive coach at Yale New Haven Health, Trinity Health, Merck & Company, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Ernst & Young, and Allstate Insurance Company. He served twenty-five years in various roles such as board chairman, deacon, and Sunday school teacher in multicultural churches across the country. He holds a PhD in adult learning and an MA in organizational design, both from Loyola University Chicago, a JD from Woodrow Wilson College of Law, and a BA in sociology from North Carolina Central University.
Jay has taught graduate courses in strategic planning, leadership development, change management, and intuitive agility at National Louis University, University of New Haven and University of Pennsylvania. Jay is a life long learner. He and his wife have been married for over 45 years.
